Irene Lau, Senior Consultant, is an experienced marketing, sales and general management professional who has over 20 years experience in Hong Kong and China.  

Irene has successfully grown business, formulated marketing strategies and launched new products. Irene is strong in people skills and has a proven track record in team building and staff development.

Irene work as Managing Director of Danone International Brands, in charge of Hong Kong and China markets.  She implemented a merger, restructured the company and set up operations in China. Irene has done consulting work, managed projects, facilitated change management and run training programs for companies and organizations.
